Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

We ship worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the shipping method. The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. In exceptional cases – e.g. high demand, public holidays or carrier delays – there may be slight delays. We will keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping costs €4.99 per order. Orders from €60 ship free – so any order of 2 or more cases ships free. If you shop in another currency, the amounts are converted at checkout. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Customs & import duties

For deliveries to some countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
